About
My name is Sarah Sanford
Former elementary school teacher pivoting into instructional design, bringing a strong foundation in education, creativity, and learner engagement. In the classroom, I managed complex projects, solved problems on the fly, and constantly thought outside the box to meet diverse student needs. Now, I’m applying those same skills to design impactful learning experiences for adults. I’m passionate about creating effective, engaging training solutions that make learning stick—while always staying focused on the learner’s journey.
